Delivery Policy

Once payment is made, an email is sent to the customer confirming their purchase. Items are sent via Australia Post and will reach the customer between 3 – 7 business days.

Our Refund / Complaint Handling Policy

If a customer changes their mind after placing the order, a full refund will be offered to the customer. In line with Australian Consumer Law, a full refund would be available for any goods with major faults/defects.
